Should we propose a Wasm target?

Could Wasm actors be interesting? Or do we consider that JS should call a GO, SWIFT, C actor if it needs performance.

My current position is that We don't need to support WASM. We can distribute heavy loads to actors with strong capacity Swift, Go, C ... , use the right tool for the right task.

Let's keep an open issue not to decide to early.
